Choice for Children Education Foundation (CCEF)
We are a 501(c)(3) public charity with the mission of eliminating the funding gap left from inadequate state and local educational funding. For the 2011-2012 school year the funding gap is $1.1 million. LVCS currently receives $1,168 less per student than LVJUSD schools. All funds raised by CCEF are donated exclusively to the operational budget of LVCS.
We are made up of a group of Livermore Valley Charter School (LVCS) parent volunteers.
Board meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month from 7pm to 9pm. We meet at the LVCS Library, 868 Sonoma Avenue, Livermore, CA 94551. All board meetings are open to the public and we encourage the parents and teacher of LVCS to attend.
