A tuition free, public K-8 charter school!
At LVCS, middle school is comprised of students in grades six, seven and eight. Our middle school operates on a hybrid schedule. Students are assigned to a core class teacher and rotate to other classes. Core classes are Language Arts/Social Studies/Technology and Math/Science at 6th grade. The 7th and 8th grade core classes are Language Arts and Social Studies. Students rotate throughout the other disciplines which include a small group advisory class. Students are offered a variety of integrated arts classes such as Spanish, art, drama, and music appreciation. Students' integrated arts classes are typically elected by the middle school team.
